The hotel was fairly clean and pleasant. Liked the location near a church with big clocks that rang several times during the night. It was next to the city center and in Osnabrueck in general, a quiet area in Germany.

The room was immaculately clean with a good breakfast. the location was decent, at a moderate distance from Aria Resort & Casino.

The rooms where airy and compact, had shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. Location: the hotel was very close to a quiet area, good old Osnabrück, and including during the night. Dined at Capri da Paolo, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

Exceptional people working here, beautifully kept and charming little place. Decent and perfect location with parking nearby. Easy walk to Lutherkirche...

If you're looking for a lovely, bubbly place to stay, this is the one for sure! Wonderful tiny details all over the hotel will make you smile every moment of your stay. It's a super cute place, especially for couples. Even the one-person accommodation is amazing value for the wonderful price! The breakfast is tasty and served in a very sweet little dining place. The view from the double room is straight to the beautiful historical church on the other side of the road, a great bonus. We would recommend this to absolutely anyone!

The room at Hotel Neustadt was clean and comfy, with a nice view and good wifi. I appreciated the spaciousness and the fact that the price included breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the motorway, making it easy to find and get around. Parking was also readily available.

As a disabled traveler, I was impressed with the hotel's spacious room and separate sitting area, providing ample space for movement. the staff was very accommodating and focused on providing excellent service. the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. the breakfast spread was delightful, and I enjoyed the unique experience of dining while observing the hens in the garden.

Felt incredibly at ease and had no complaints.
